Lab: The Minds Eye (Video)

Challenge: To dissect still and moving image with a visual investigation of the human eye as relates to our mental projection and meaning making mechanisms of sight.

Solutions: In this work I used a clip of video that I took form my web cam to produce a progressively unfolding matrix of me opening and closing my eye.  The place-space that I tried to emulate was the mind and the minds eye.  I attempt to deconstruct the relationships of movement and motion in our visual world and replace the notion of animation with ideas of visual mental space.
